I’ve been attending online yoga classes from London (UK ) for the past 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The instructor gives clear, easy-to-follow guidance. At first, it was challenging to keep up with the poses, but the instructor was very supportive and explained everything clearly. With consistent practice, I noticed gradual improvements in my strength, balance, and posture. Mentally, yoga has helped me feel calmer and more focused. I’ve also developed better sleep habits and find myself more mindful in daily life. Looking back, these three months have been transformative. Yoga has become more than just exercise—it’s now part of my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve both physical and mental well-being. I look forward to continuing my journey and exploring advanced practices in the future.

I began my journey with Shalabh Ji five months ago, aiming to make yoga asanas a part of my daily routine and to improve my overall health. A secondary goal was to gradually lose weight, as I was overweight at the time. While I don’t have a dramatic transformation to showcase, I have plenty to be proud of. When I first started, I could barely complete a single Surya Namaskar. Today, I can clearly feel a positive shift in my energy levels, which reflects in my daily activities. As a mom of two super-active kids, I often find myself exhausted, but this dedicated time for yoga has become essential for my physical health and mental well-being. Shalabh Ji customizes each session to suit my needs, yet consistently motivates and gently pushes me to reach the next level. His approach is marked by a commendable blend of discipline, humor, and professionalism. I am genuinely grateful for this journey. I never thought yoga could be as intense yet rewarding. Let's start 2025 with a good note and appreciating my yoga guru Shalabh. I joined Yoga jigyasa online from London in mid of Oct and can feel the change in just 2 and half month. Shalabh is a very good instructor who has profound knowledge of human anatomy in regards to Yoga. He guides in such a way that one will start exploring the body's strength and structure. I was struggling so much with body pain specially my back and severe leg pain since last 1 year. Took physiotherapy session but didn't help much. Then I made my mind and consulted Shalabh about all my physical problem and limitations. In 1 month only, I started feeling absolute change and can walk 2.5 km without any exhaustion. Now I believe so much in Shalabh and yoga that I prefer not to skip my class even I have cramps or some body ache. Because my mind says that my pain will vanish after my yoga class. Thanks you so much Shalabh and Yoga jigyasa for helping me. 🙏

The Yoga classes have been tremendous. I have seen a lot of improvement in my physical and mental wellbeing. Over the period my stamina and flexibility have also improved. I will recommend the classes for everyone.

Shalabh has been an excellent instructor. After I joined Yoga Jigyasa, I could see great increase in my flexibility and strength. I feel a lot better mentally and physically. Highly recommended !!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my yoga sessions with Shalabh and each session has been increasing level of satisfaction and exceeded expectations . I see improvements in flexibility, much less impacts and reduced injuries when I indulge in other sport activities, weight loss and increased muscle mass which were all my goals when I spoke with Shalabh first time three months back. Another unique aspect is Shalabh’s deep understanding of human body and how a small difference can create right impact. Very clear instructions, easy to understand steps but result is beyond what I thought I could do in terms of complexity of asanas. With Shalabh’s advanced understanding yoga and meditation i get answers to all my queries and see these classes as best way to maintain a balanced healthy life.

I am based in London and got connected with Shalabh Ji through FB and practiced yoga classes for almost 6 months. The best part of his classes is, he explains each and every posture of the asanas and the benefits of it and sometimes anatomy too😊. The approach towards the asanas was perfect! . It helped me to improve the posture and flexibility. I love his classes and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you Shalabh Ji. 🙏🏻

I joined Yoga Jigyasa 5 months back when my back pain was hell, I was not able to sit on the floor for long time, used to felt laziness all time🥱, had some symptoms of cervical pain in case of strees and long sitting. My doctor advised me that no medicines for back pain, you should do exercises regularly. Then, I started practicing yoga with Yoga Jigyasa. Now, I would like to share my experience that my body feels relax and refresh all time. No back pain, no cervical pain.😊 The teaching pattern of yoga is totally unique here in Yoga Jigyasa. Everyday I do practice new yoga asanas. Yoga trainer 'Shailabh' is professional and dedicated towards his client's fitness goals.

Who thought Yoga from home would be so convenient. Thank you yogajigyasa for everyday thrilling n such accurate sessions. The way Shalabh sir helps us correct the postures understanding our 360 degree views makes it really easy. Post pregnancy, body toning was a goal and I see myself moving towards it along with better body strength and flexibility. Session are intermediary level, no fun game but when you get results…it’s addictive. All hail yogajigyasa. Thank you.

Earlier I had certain misconceptions about the online training. Like how Guruji manage to correct the pose by looking on screen. But after giving it a try results are shown in the uploaded photos. I want to thank Yoga Jigyasa for training me and push me to train hard everyday.

Absolutely brilliant Yoga teacher who teaches with more than 100% dedication. It's been more than 9 months with him as a student and my health has become better - posture, flexibility and ability to do advanced asanas has all increased. I'm very happy with Shalabh's service and can't recommend him enough to anyone who wants to bring health and better life quality through the ancient science of yoga.
